Synthetic turf grass can be a perfect solution for common areas, playgrounds, preschools, play areas, anywhere that grass won't grow because of continuous use, or poor growing conditions. We have choices for our installations of many types of artificial turf, depending on use, location, and other factors. Our construction methods (see FAQ for more) ensure long-lasting use, and our reputation for quality assures a play area that will hold up to little feet running, balls bouncing, lawn games, paws, and more. The construction method we employ for play areas is similar to lawns and golf greens.
We have recently been receiving a record number of calls for replacing play areas and common areas that were installed by non-professional artificial turf contractors. When these contractors are long-gone, the warranties are entirely useless. We highly recommend choosing a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor that has been in the artificial turf installation business for a sufficient period of time to provide a warranty that will be honored. The price is likely to be the same, the result will be better. Here is a beautiful example of an unused concrete slab that was re-purposed. Originally intended for basketball play and tennis practice, we recovered the concrete with synthetic turf. At one end is a specialty turf suitable for practicing tennis; the rest is a big field for soccer practice, volleyball games, lawn games, and general play. Because our company is independent and not a franchise, we have many types of artificial turf for your installation.

While we would like to include only positive information on our website, we feel an obligation to let everyone considering artificial turf know that there are extraordinary numbers of unqualified "installers" that seem to be acquiring installation work. We know this because most of these inexperienced workers call us to ask what to buy, where to buy, what to charge, how to perform installation, and what to put underneath for a properly built base. Many ask us how to be sure turf drains properly and have no idea of where to begin a project. Saving money upfront always sounds appealing. And we understand that customers may value and trust their own landscape maintenance company to perform other work for them. Generally the outcome will look pleasing immediately--after all, it's better than the dirt and weeds, or the sliver-inducing wood chips that were there before. Please understand the nature of artificial turf construction is very different than other types of lawn mowing, maintenance landscaping, or tree pruning. Also a company's guarantee is only as good/solid as the company itself. If a warranty sounds like a gimmick, it probably is in fact too good to be true and will not be honored.
